On this page we have tried to clearly set out the ordering and delivery details and terms and conditions for our flower delivery service. UK DELIVERY ONLY FOR FRESH FLOWER BOUQUETS - EXCLUDING THE IRISH REPUBLIC

All our fresh flower bouquets are dispatched using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, (which is included in the price), to ensure that they will arrive as quickly as possible. If you want to be sure of next day delivery (available Monday to Saturday) please order before before 4 pm UK time the day before. If you want a delivery on a Monday please order before 10 am UK time on the the Saturday before. Please note that we are not able to deliver on Sundays. 

 There is every expectation that items sent by by Royal Mail special delivery will be delivered by 1 pm the day after they are dispatched by us, to most of the mainland UK, provided that the Royal Mail is not experiencing any significant operational problems - such a postal or rail strike, or severe weather or other local disruptions. In these circumstances it is possible that your order will not be delivered the next day, and should this occur the only compensation we can offer you for late delivery is a refund of the postage cost of your order - as in turn, this is limit of compensation that we are entitled to from the Royal Mail. Approx 98% of our next day deliveries are
made on time, Monday to Fridays and approx 95% on Saturdays.

*The Royal Mail will also not guarantee delivery on Saturday for items posted Special Delivery on the Friday before - particularly if the delivery is to a non residential address, such as to business or commercial premises. 

Please note that delivery times to some of the Scottish islands can take up to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Track and Trace
This is a special feature of the Royal Mail next day special delivery service - we can track your order, 
from the moment we dispatch it, to the moment it arrives at it's destination.

What happens if the recipient is out when the flowers are delivered?
If the recipient is out when the Royal Mail tries to deliver your order, they will put a card through the letter box, 
which has 2 options on it: 
Option 1:
the recipient can call a number on the card and the Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the following day, which in the case
of Saturday delivery, this would be on the Monday after.
  Option 2: the recipient can collect the flowers from their nearest local sorting office
We cannot be held responsible for any claims should the recipient be out, and/or the recipient does not exercise one of these
 2 options immediately upon return.

We accept all orders subject to any National or Local restrictions which may apply to deliveries, at the time of delivery, also the effect of adverse weather conditions. Every effort will be made to complete deliveries but we cannot be responsible for restrictions out of our control. We will always contact you if we are made aware of any problems. A delivery address telephone number, is very important on all orders, especially for rural deliveries.  

We must point out that once we have dispatched your flowers we are in the hands of the Royal Mail. We are using their very best service and we will not be responsible for any delays caused by this service which will be out of our control.

Whether you are sending or receiving flowers we want to make it a special occasion. That's why all our fresh flower bouquets 
come with complimentary gift wrapping and message card, with the option of a vase so your bouquet
 is ready to be placed in your favourite room straight from the mailing box.


We also take great care with the packaging and presentation of all our products, to ensure that they arrive safely at their destination.

SENDER/RECIPIENT ADDRESS DETAILS
Please make sure that you complete all the boxes on the order page, including your daytime telephone number - just in case we have a query with your order. If you wish us to send flowers to more than one address, please complete a separate order for each different delivery address.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by a customer entering an incorrect delivery address and postcode,
and we are not able to offer any refund should there be a delay caused by an incorrect delivery address/postcode.

 Order Acceptance 
When you have submitted your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we have received details of your order and that we are able to make up and dispatch your order. If we have any queries with your order, we will try and contact you by email or phone. Your order is only accepted by us when you have received our email confirmation that we are able to process your order. Please note, that during busy periods, such as Valentine's day and Mother's day, it may be 48 hours from the time we receive your order, before you receive your order confirmation from us.

ORDERS/PAYMENT

We accept On-Line and telephone orders by credit/debit card
 Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta and the new Cube Card.

Please note that although all products are priced in £UK Sterling, all transactions will be processed in
£ Sterling -when your credit card company debits your account they will convert this into your own currency for you

All credit card orders will show up as Internet Trading (UK) Ltd on your credit card statement

REFUNDS/GUARANTEE
We take great care with our packaging to ensure that all our products will arrive safely. If however, the goods are damaged or you are not satisfied with them in any way, please return them within 2 days from the date you receive them in their original packaging for a replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer.

Lost Items
In the  very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will, in conjunction with the Royal Mail undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost, and we will once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will refund your money in full. To date, we are pleased to confirm that we have a 100% delivery record, with no items lost and we will do everything we can to maintain this.
