  Delivery Details

 We offer next day delivery to most parts of the mainland UK from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, there are
no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays. Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to the Channel Islands,
 Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Isles . Deliveries to the remoter parts of Scotland can some times take an extra day to arrive.

Is Next Day Delivery Guaranteed?

Please note that while there is every expectation of delivery on the day you have selected, this cannot
be 100% guaranteed. Most of our gifts are delivered by courier service, and whilst the vast majority of
orders are delivered on time, there are occasional delivery delays. We therefore recommend wherever
 possible for that important occasion you select the delivery date a day earlier than the date of the
gift occasion, to ensure delivery in time.

Order Times

Please order by 2.30pm UK time latest on the day before you require delivery - you can order online 24hours.

Delivery Times

We are not able to stipulate a delivery time, and we are in the hands of the delivery courier as to what time the
actual delivery is made - courier deliveries are normally made any time from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Tues to Sat.

What happens if there is no one in at the time of delivery?

The delivery courier or local florist will do their best to leave the delivered item secure or with a neighbour if there
is no in at the time of delivery. If however this is not practical (at the discretion of the delivery courier/florist), the
item will be returned to the local courier delivery depot/florist shop, and a delivery card will be left at the delivery
address with instructions on it explaining how the item can be re-delivered or collected in person, and it is the
responsibility of the recipient to action these instructions in a timely manner.
