Question 3.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Answer - unfortunately not, we are not able to specify a precise
delivery time. For most of the UK deliveries will be in the morning before 1 pm - deliveries will normally be between 9am and
1 pm, however it is
possible that deliveries may be earlier than this if a delivery is made at the
start of a delivery postman's round. For parts of the Scottish Highlands delivery may be as late as 5.30 pm,
and for the Scottish Islands delivery can be up to 2 working days.
Question 4.
What happens if the recipient is out?
Answer
- the Royal Mail will leave a "while you were out card "
which has 2 options on it :
Option 1: the recipient can call a number on
the card and the Royal Mail will attempt to re-deliver either the same
or following day,
which in the case of Saturday delivery, this would be on the Monday after.
Option 2: the recipient can collect the flowers from
their nearest local sorting office
We cannot be held responsible for any
claims should the recipient be out, and/or the recipient does not
exercise one of these 2 options immediately upon return.
Question 5.
Who makes up my bouquet order?
Answer - all the bouquets are made up by our own in-house florists - we
do not pass on your order for another florist to make up and deliver. As such we
can guarantee and maintain the high quality of all our bouquets.
Question 6.
Is this a secure site?
Answer - Yes, our shopping cart is secured by Thawte Secure Server 
Question 7.
Can you make me up a bouquet not shown on your website?
Answer - Yes we can. We cannot guarantee that we have every flower
available - particularly some exotics, but if you contact us we can discuss your
requirements if you are looking for something a little different from our
standard range.
Question 8.
Do you offer a full money back guarantee?
Answer - Yes we do. If you are not satisfied with our flowers, simply
contact us explaining why you are dissatisfied with your flowers and we will
refund your credit card.
Question 9.
Are there any hidden extra costs and charges?
Answer - Absolutely none. Unlike other flower delivery companies we do
not add on a order or delivery charge, all our prices include VAT and delivery.

If I want to send 2 or more bouquets to 2 different addresses - how
do I do this?
Answer - you need to submit 2 separate orders - it is not possible to
enter 2 or more different delivery addresses on the same order.

What is your privacy policy?
Answer
- we operate a strict privacy policy and none of the information
that you provide when submitting your order will be passed onto anyone else or
any other organisation or company
